Bronco Roof Rack Cross Bars: 220 lb or 330 lb Kit?

Our Roof Rack Cross Bars for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco come in two kits, rated by the supplier at 330 lb and 220 lb. Both are aluminum, mount with U-bolts and are made for the hard top. Here is how the kits differ and what to check before you order.

Roof Rack Cross Bars for Ford Bronco 2021-2026 Hard Top (Not Raptor or Bronco Sport), Aluminum, 220 lb or 330 lb Kits

The two kits

  • 330 lb Kit (5 pieces): two rack pieces, two front cross bars and one rear cross bar, plus screws, spare parts, installation tools and instructions.
  • 220 lb Kit: two rack pieces, one front cross bar and one rear cross bar, plus screws, spare parts and installation tools.

The weight figures are the supplier's ratings for each kit. Your Bronco's roof has its own load limit, so check your owner's manual and stay within whichever limit is lower.

Which Broncos they're listed for

  • Hard tops only: 2021-2026 Bronco 2-Door and 4-Door with a hard top. Not for soft tops.
  • Not listed for: the Bronco Raptor, the Bronco Sport or the 4-Door 2.7L Badlands.

Roof panels and the rack

The listing notes that the roof panels can't be removed while the rack is installed. If you want to drive with the panels off, take them off before you install the rack and plan where they will ride. Our Freedom Panel Storage Bag holds the front panels upright behind the rear seats.

What you can mount

The listing says the bars work with rooftop gear such as cargo carriers, roof boxes and bags, bike racks, and kayak, canoe and snowboard racks. Check that your accessory's clamps fit the cross bars before you load it.
