How delivery works

    Right away

    You'll get an order confirmation email.

  2. Processing

    1–2 business days

    We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.

  3. On the way

    5–12 business days

    We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  4. Delivered

    At your door

    Your package arrives, and tracking shows it as delivered.

No tracking number yet?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and we email your tracking number when your order ships. Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder. New tracking numbers can take a few days to show updates.

Have your order number?

Open your order confirmation email and use the link to view your order, its status and tracking. If asked, enter your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.

Package late or missing?

If your order is running well past the estimate in our Shipping Policy, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.
